1. Acceptance
Using AnonDating constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. These form a legally binding agreement.
2. Service Description
AnonDating provides a free anonymous chat platform connecting random strangers via text and/or video using WebRTC. Service is "as is" without warranties. No guarantees of availability, quality, or suitability.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use AnonDating. By using, you represent you are of legal age. Minors prohibited. We don't verify age but may ban sessions we suspect are underage.
4. No Accounts
AnonDating requires no accounts, profiles, or registration. You use the service anonymously. Nonetheless, you must comply with these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AnonDating lawfully and not:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
- Display nudity or sexual content
- Share illegal content (drugs, underage material, pirated media)
- Advocate violence or hate speech
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Spam, advertise, or promote commercial activities
- Solicit money or financial transactions
- Attempt to gather personal information about other users
- Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Record or stream other users without consent (may be illegal)
- Use service while under influence of drugs/alcohol to the point of inappropriate behavior
6. Content Responsibility
All content you share (text, video, audio) is your sole responsibility. We do not pre-screen or monitor user content. You are responsible for what you share and its consequences.
7. Privacy & Anonymity Limitations
While designed for privacy, complete anonymity is not guaranteed:
- The person you're chatting with can see your video/audio/text and may record it externally.
- Your IP may be visible temporarily to us and to the peer via WebRTC.
- Your ISP knows you're visiting anon-dating.site.
- If you share personal information voluntarily, the other person will know it.
- Legal authorities may compel disclosure of limited technical data.
8. Intellectual Property
AnonDating website, code, logos, trademarks are owned by AnonDating or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. You may use screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or ban your access at any time without notice for any reason including violation of Terms, abuse, technical security concerns, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. Bans enforced via IP, session fingerprinting, or other technical measures.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANONDATING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR HARASSMENT FROM OTHER USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
12. User-to-User Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not vet, screen, or monitor users. We are not responsible for conduct, statements, or actions of any user. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against users who violate these Terms.
13. Content Reporting & Moderation
We provide a reporting mechanism for inappropriate behavior. Reported users may be reviewed and banned. However, we do not guarantee removal of all problematic content due to the anonymous, real-time nature of the platform. We use automated filters but they are imperfect.
14. Changes to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll post updated Terms on this page with new "Last updated" date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by laws of the jurisdiction where AnonDating operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction.
16. DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us with description, location, your contact info, and statement of good faith belief.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnonDating from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
18. No Expectation of Privacy
While we design the Service to protect your identity, you should have NO expectation of privacy when using AnonDating. Anything you share with another user can be recorded, saved, and distributed by them. Do not share anything you would not want become public.
