How to Reach Us
AnonDating is maintained by a small independent team. We don't have a traditional customer support call center, but we do read and respond to all messages sent through this page. Whether you have a feature idea, found a bug, or just want to share your anonymous dating experience — we'd love to hear from you.

Why We Don't Have Live Chat Support
AnonDating's philosophy extends to how we operate — we keep things simple and lightweight. A traditional live chat support system would require collecting your email, storing conversation logs, and building infrastructure we don't need. Instead, we use asynchronous messaging. Send us your thoughts and we'll respond within 24-48 hours.
Share Your Anonymous Dating Story
One of the things we love hearing about is how people use AnonDating. Some users practice social skills. Others find genuine connections that continue outside the platform. Some just enjoy the randomness and entertainment of meeting strangers.
If AnonDating has played a role in your dating life — good or bad — we want to know. Your stories help us understand how people actually use the platform and guide future improvements.
Bug Reports & Safety Concerns
If you encounter technical issues, please describe what happened, what browser/device you're using, and what steps led to the problem. Screenshots are helpful if you're comfortable sharing them (but remember, don't share any personally identifiable information).
For safety concerns involving illegal activity, contact your local law enforcement directly. AnonDating does not maintain user identities or conversation logs that could assist with investigations — that's by design.
